Distant Shore 2 60x50cm.JPG

I want to watch the blue mist of the night come on,

The windows and the stars illumined, one by one,

The rivers of dark smoke pour upward lazily,

And the moon rise and turn them silver. I shall see

The springs, the summers, and the autumns slowly pass;
And when old Winter puts his blank face to the glass,

I shall close all my shutters, pull the curtains tight,

And build me stately palaces by candlelight.

Charles Baudelaire, Les Fleur Du Mal

EXHIBITION DATES. 01 MAR - 19 APR. Instore and Online

Day meets night in tender equilibrium — the world poised between sleep and waking. The air trembles with expectancy; sap rises, buds blush, and the hare runs wild across dew-silvered fields. From the dark soil come small miracles — eggs, blossoms, the green pulse of new life. It is the season of beginnings, of quiet courage, of the earth remembering its own light. All things turn toward the sun, yet shadows linger softly beside them — a reminder that balance, not brilliance, is the true gift of spring. In this blooming hour, the veil lifts, and what was hidden quickens; life stirs, patient and luminous, beneath the widening sky.

EXHIBITION DATES. 20 APR - 31 MAY. Instore and Online

Now the world burns with green fire — leaves unfurl, bees hum their gold-drunken songs, and every breath tastes of blossom and rain. The air itself seems alive, shimmering with heat and promise. Beltane is the threshold of desire: when earth and sky meet in wild communion, when boundaries soften and the heart remembers its hunger. Fires are kindled on hilltops; bodies and spirits twine, mirroring the union of root and flame. This is the season of abundance, of laughter that spills like honey, of life risen to its fullest bloom. Passion is holy here — the pulse beneath all growing things, the fierce joy that sets the meadow alight.

EXHIBITION DATES. 01 JUN - 31 JULY. Instore and Online

At the year’s high noon, the world stands radiant and unashamed. Light spills over every edge — fields shimmer, rivers burn with reflection, and the air hums with midsummer’s fevered grace. The sun wears its golden crown, sovereign and merciful, pouring warmth upon leaf and limb alike. This is the hour of ripeness, of full becoming, of dreams made visible. Yet even within such brilliance, a whisper of turning stirs — the first shadow beneath the fruit. We gather the light while it lasts, weaving garlands of protection and gratitude. The heart, too, glows — fierce, open, and alive — for in this longest day we remember: joy is the sun’s prayer made flesh.

MMXXVI. LUGHNASADH

EXHIBITION DATES. 01 AUG - 02 SEPT. Instore and Online

The sun tilts, and the land exhales its fullness. Gold leans heavy on the stem; wheat bows, and the sickle sings through summer’s wealth. It is the first harvest — bread warm from the oven, hands dusted with flour and ash, the scent of sun and labour mingled. We give thanks for what has ripened, for the skill that shapes raw grain into sustenance, for the quiet grace of enough. Yet beneath the gilded field, a whisper of waning stirs — the light lengthens, the days begin to fade. Still, in this hinge of the year, we honour the craft of living: the making, the mending, the moment when work becomes devotion.

MMXXVI. MABON

EXHIBITION DATES. 03 SEPT - 16 OCT. Instore and Online

The year stands in perfect balance once more — light and dark entwined like twin vines. The orchards hang heavy; berries bleed their sweetness into the hedge. It is the season of gathering and grace, of jars filled, baskets brimming, hearts made humble by the weight of plenty. The sun slips lower, gilding everything it touches with farewell. We walk through amber fields and feel the world begin to hush, the pulse of summer softening to a steady, inward rhythm. Gratitude ripens beside the fading light. In this equal hour, we learn to let go gently — to love what is passing, and to rest in the long shadow of the golden day.

MMXXVI. SAMHAIN

EXHIBITION DATES. 17 OCT - 06 NOV. Instore and Online

Now the light falters and the veil grows thin. The fields are bare, the air tastes of smoke and endings. Beneath the dying leaves, the earth sleeps with its secrets — quiet, solemn, infinite. Samhain is the turning, the descent into shadow, where the seen and unseen walk side by side. We light candles for the ones who came before, whispering their names into the dark, trusting that love outlives the body. This is the season of mystery and return, of surrendering to the sacred unknown. Between one breath and the next, the boundary wavers — and the soul remembers itself as part of the endless circle, dying only to be born again.

MMXXVI. YULE

EXHIBITION DATES. 07 NOV - 30 DEC. Instore and Online

In the deep midwinter, the world holds its breath. Frost crowns the hedgerows; stars burn cold and close. All things have turned inward — the seed, the heart, the hidden spark beneath the snow. Yet in this stillness, the miracle unfolds: the sun returns. A single flame against the endless dark, fragile yet unyielding. Yule is the promise reborn — the quiet faith that warmth will come again, that life stirs even in silence. We gather by the hearth, weaving evergreen and memory, keeping vigil through the longest night. When dawn comes, pale and pure, we greet it as pilgrims might a god — humbled, grateful, and full of light.

MŌR is a creative gathering, moving in rhythm with the year’s turning.

We bring together artists and makers, works and objects, each attuned to the textures and gestures of the present season. Every exhibition is a constellation — a quiet conversation between material, maker, and moment, attentive to the subtleties of time and place.

The gallery is a site of ongoing dialogue — between artists and land, between craft and ritual, between what we make and how we live. Our space is small by design, inviting close looking, presence, and reflection.

Here, curation is considered, selection deliberate, and each piece leaves its mark long after you depart.

Move slowly, notice more, leave differently than you arrived.
