We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, an item isn’t quite right for you, please contact us at hello@mor-studio.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send you the return details.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, with their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning an item.

Due to the nature of some of the products we sell, certain items may not be eligible for return once used or opened. This includes used candles and other products where hygiene, safety or condition would be compromised by return. If you’re unsure whether an item can be returned, please get in touch before sending it back.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every piece leaves the studio carefully checked and packaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including photographs of the item and its packaging.

Where an item has been damaged in transit, or you have received an incorrect item, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please do not return a damaged item before contacting us.

EXCHANGES

Where possible, we are happy to offer an exchange for another item of the same value within 14 days of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item and any additional delivery costs associated with the exchange.

Because many of the works we sell are made individually or in small quantities, an exchange cannot always be guaranteed. If the item you would like is no longer available, we will discuss the best option with you.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Please allow 3–7 working days for delivery unless a different timeframe is stated on the individual product page. Larger, fragile or made-to-order works may require additional time and this will be communicated at the point of purchase.

Once your order leaves the studio, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking information where available.

If you require an order urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
